In Bardonecchia, rediscover the pleasure of the traditional countryside snack known as "merenda sinoira". Join us to taste the genuine flavors of Piedmont after a comfortable chairlift ride: cured meats and cheeses take center stage, but there's also anchovies in green sauce, Insalata Russa, pickled vegetables, veal with tuna sauce, and "friciulin" (fried dough balls).
Then, a must-have dessert to enjoy after a short downhill walk illuminated by the sunset and torches.

SLURP! and sunset is a real "merenda sinoira," a cold meal, more or less frugal, consumed in Piedmont around five in the afternoon and extends until dinner time, often replacing it. The mother of all "apericena" in the world!

Unfortunately, for logistical reasons, we are unable to differentiate the menu for the needs of each individual participant. You can choose from the delicacies offered those that best suit your diet.
The ascent will be by chairlift. The descent, on foot, on an unpaved road.
For the descent, which will take place after sunset, bring a torch (headlamp, handheld torch, or your mobile phone).
The event will take place in the company of the Environmental Hiking Guides of the Metropolitan City of Turin who will accompany the participants along the route.
The event takes place entirely outdoors at an altitude of about 1800 meters.
Appropriate clothing for the alpine environment and for the evening/nighttime hours is recommended.
Participation with open-toed shoes or smooth-soled shoes is not allowed.
